Kristina Agena is the founder of Sculpt Reformer Studio.  She is a dedicated Certified Pilates Instructor with a deep passion for movement, wellness, and the great outdoors. As a mom, she understands the importance of balance and brings that insight into her teaching, creating classes that are both challenging and supportive.

This dynamic class combines the core-strengthening benefits of Reformer Pilates with the cardio-boosting power of the jump board. You'll engage in low-impact, high-energy movements that elevate your heart rate while toning and sculpting your entire body. Perfect for those looking to add a fun, cardio twist to their Pilates routine!

props

Props like the Magic Circle, hand weights, and the Pilates Ball will be incorporated throughout the week to add variety and an extra challenge to your workouts.
